    Web accessibility audits cost $250 – $350 per page and follow best practices for ADA compliance. Our audit price includes manual evaluation based on WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

    Our website accessibility audits are a combination and manual and automated evaluations conducted by technical accessibility experts who assess your website or other digital assets against WCAG 2.0 AA, WCAG 2.1 AA, or WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

We begin by closely collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives. This enables us to develop detailed project plans that outline each necessary step, from initial audits to final implementation, including clear timelines and milestones.

    Based on client input, we also draft applicable documentation including accessibility statement, accessibility policy, procurement policy, and project roles and responsibilities. By leveraging our expertise, clients can avoid the expense and inefficiency of hiring or training internal staff, resulting in a well-executed project where digital assets meets or exceeds accessibility standards.

  • Accessibility User Testing Cost

    User testing services for website accessibility cost $750 per session and are a best practice for ADA compliance. The price of user testing is discounted if you choose Accessitree for audit and remediation services.

    User testing is conducted by an accessibility professional with a disability, is an essential part of ensuring your digital assets are accessible to all users. We offer user testing at a discounted rate when combined with our audit and remediation services.

    Service Details:

    • User Testing: Conducted by a professional who is blind or visually impaired, using screen reader technology to evaluate your website or digital asset.
    • Deliverable: You will receive a recording of the user testing session upon completion. We offer a discount if you purchase our other services.

  • Content Remediation Cost

    Content accessibility remediation costs start at $100. We fix your code as a part of our remediation process. At your option, we can also remediate your content.

    • Alt Text : Providing alt text or making an image a decorative.so 100 images will cost $350 ($3.50 per Image).

  • Document Remediation Cost

    Document accessibility remediation costs start at $100. The price of remediating PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance depends on the document status and project scope.

    We will remediate your documents to meet the highest accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 AA and PDF/UA standards.

    Documents include:

    • Microsoft PowerPoint documents
    • PDFs
    • Microsoft Word documents
    • Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
    • Canva documents

    We will manually test documents and fix accessibility issues according to WCAG 2.1 AA standards and PDF/UA. Each document will meet Section 508 criteria, pass the Adobe Acrobat accessibility check, and be individually tested with assistive technology, including a screen reader
